The lessons of life

To free yourself from feeling guilty, do not judge others by your standards.

If you happen to do the similar things you judged, guilt feeling will accumulate in addition to the suffering from the thought that you are being judged by others.

To free yourself from feeling guilty, do not blame or criticize others.

When you happened to do the similar things you blamed, you will build guilty feeling in addition to the suffering from the thought that you are being blamed.

To free yourself from guilt, do not lie, fake or scam others.

As you lie or scam others, the guilty feeling will increase in addition to the suffering from the thought that you are being deceived.

The moment brain stops thinking

Brain stops thinking once a concept is understood!

Brain stops thinking once a knowledge known!

Because there is nothing left for brain to think about once known or understood!
